This is an 8-1/2" X 11" lightly soiled document with fabric at spine. These pictures (were) prepared by Nature Magazine for Teachers, Nature Counselors, Parents, Students and Children in 1928. The Title Page is lightly soiled with light moisture stains to outside edges of first few pages. The color illustrations are breathtaking with scientific name and salient points in the life history of each subject on back. What makes this publication so special is tucked in is an article by Henry W. Clune from Rochester NY newspaper about Horsfall and the fact that the artist signed his name below it printing on the Title Page. Very rare in this condition and signed.
