Black embossed boards. Scuffed to head and heel of spine and bumped to corners. An object, perhaps tin, was set on cover resulting in removal of colth in 2 thin, short lines and one 2 inches. Orange end papers. This is the first printing of this editon (same date 1891 to copyright page and Title Page). There are a few light hinges, barely to binding. Pages are lightly browning to edges and unmarked. This book on business includes: good manners, honesty, form a bill of sale, writing a mortage, how to measure ear corn in a crib and many more topics that were important 100 years plus ago.
